FHR Designs Company Policey


Company policy’s And Agreement.


Shipping Policy: All Shipping cost will be paid by the client once final material order is finalized. Client will be contacted Via email & by phone, to get finial shipping cost calculated and payment for shipment depending on the size of the order. Order shipping cost may vary due to size, location and method of shipping. (Order processing can take up to 3 business days to process order, Client will receive an email notification when order have been Processed/Declined. Order Shipments can take up to 7-10 Business days depending upon order Size, Location, and Method of Shipment.)  It is the responsibility of the client when receiving delivery/or picking up orders to check for damages to shipped items before signing for items. Photos of Damaged Freight must be taken for warranted Processing. Failure to take photos/ or not provided photos for Warranty Processing will be declined for Warranty, Exchange, or Refund. See Return and Warranty/Exchange policy for more information. And for Jobsite delivery see Delivery Policy for more information.  Order pick up outside of FHR Cabinetry a location will have to be picked up from selected shipping terminal. Information regarding shipment, location address, and tracking information, will be emailed to clients with estimated order arrival.


Jobsite Delivery policy:  FHR Designs Only offers Cabinet Jobsite delivery in selected location, all other materials will have to be picked from designated location and or selected terminals. FHR Cabinetry Uses a Third-Party Delivery Services Depending on the size, and location/region. Prices may vary depending on location, and region of the order. FHR Cabinetry does not deliver past 50mile radius from Office Location’s contact FHR Cabinetry to confirm Delivery service is available in your area. Any orders outside the 60-mile radius of Office location’s may be subject to Third-Party LTL freight cost, or a Hot shot Services. Contact FHR Designs for pricing and avaibality in your area. All cabinet material drops off is offered garage/curbside delivery. Contact FHR cabinetry if any other form of delivery is being need, any other request outside of normal delivery will be subject to delivery added fee charges.    


Return Policy: Only Cabinet material will be Eligible for return, (All Tiles, Countertop’s, Flooring, or Cabinet Trim material is not eligible for return unless Authorized by FHR Designs Management). All returns must be summited via email 5 business days of the signed received date, and client will be contacted to go over return options. Clients must return their items within 5 business days of receiving conformation for their return order from FHR Designs. Cabinet returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging(FHR Designs recommends you take photos of item and packaging before shipping, in the case item is damaged during shipment). Failure to provided pictures of items and packaging upon request if needed for damage assessment will be decline for return/warranty processing. A 25% restock fee will be charged for all returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, FHR Designs will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. FHR Designs will also notify you By Email & Phone of the approval or rejection of your refund if item does not meet return/exchange criteria. If the client is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It will be the clients responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Warranty/Exchange policy: Clients must contact FHR Designs Via Email within 5 business days of order being signed and received. Warranty/Exchange form must be filled out and Pictures of Damaged/Exchanging items be summitted for review. FHR Cabinet will Contact you to go over the Warranty/Exchange policy and process. After items have been approved for warranty/exchange, client will be contacted Via email within 3 business days and a confirmation number will be given. All Warranty/Exchange items follow manufacturing policy. Email Fhr Cabinetry for copies of manufacture warranty policy for items. FHR Designs is not responsible for Returning shipment Unless Authorized by a FHR Designs Management A Warranty/Exchange Deposit may be required before item’s are shipped/picked up, to reassure returned material. Warranty/Exchange Deposit: Is a Fully Refundable Deposit that re-assures Warranty or Exchanged items are received/and meet Return Policy criteria. Warranty/Exchange Deposit Amount will vary depending on Item’s being warrantied or exchanged, and location/region items will be shipped to. Email FHR Designs for any questions regarding Warranty/Exchange Deposit.


Designer Fee/Design Revision Charge Policy:  FHR Designs will offer two options of design services. One via online web cam viewing for remote meetings. The other will be in person office meeting/or jobsite consulting only offered is selected locations and region where FHR office designing is offered. Jobs will be reviewed before accepting. (During review if job is larger than average home kitchen or bath size. Or design details are specific.  Additional design fees will apply for time compensation for scope of work request).  A non-refundable design fee of $250 will be invoiced to client before any traveling or designs/measurements are done. The payment will give the client one onsite jobsite meeting if allowed/ 2hour remote web cam design meeting, and two design revisions, (Depending on the Size, and Extent of the revise one revision my only be offered before fees will apply). Once revision is exceeded there will be a pre-set design fee of $75 per hour with a 4-hour min each revision being done.
